We want you to be happy with your purchase from Gloworia. If you are not satisfied, you may return items in accordance with UK consumer law.

Right to Cancel
• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
• To cancel, email us at hello.gloworia@gmail.com. 
How to Return
• Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Return address: Gloworia Ltd., 221B Baker Street, London, UK.

Refunds
• We will refund the cost of goods plus standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:
• Personalised or customised products.
• Sealed goods (cosmetics, hygiene items) once opened.
• Digital products once downloaded or accessed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us immediately. You may request a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
